His wife Linda and 2 sons are the light of his life. In doing so Junior Dikousman is an embodiment of resilience and entrepreneurial spirit, deeply rooted in his Laotian heritage and forged in the diverse environments of Modesto, California to Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Transitioning from a skilled HVAC technician to an inspiring instructor, he founded HVAC-R Finest LLC to exhibit excellence in comfort and service. Beyond his business, Junior champions community empowerment through his non-profit, Loveis360, providing help by building housing and schools to veterans and the underserved. An ambassador for Lao Legends, Junior is dedicated to fostering education-based community partnerships, honoring his heritage while nurturing a legacy of opportunity and collective prosperity.
