Position Title: Installer/Service Technician

Compensation: First-year technicians can earn between $30,000 to $100,000+, with additional bonus incentives.

General Duties:

• Utilize an array of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, coils, and compressors.
• Communicate respectfully and empathetically with clients regarding work performed, repair recommendations, or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and recommendations made.
• Adhere to AMC’s quality and safety standards while completing assigned tasks.
• Continuously enhance knowledge through internal and external educational opportunities.

General Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and friendly customer service skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, promoting a positive company image.
• Analytical mindset, focused on quality and driven by results.
• Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions.
• Flourish within a team environment and willingness to support all aspects of the business.
• Successful completion of mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work primarily conducted in residential properties (attics, garages, crawl spaces, roofs).
• Moderate physical exertion required, including standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods.
• Moderate exposure to physical risks.
